The class offers beginners who are curious about yoga a chance to start their week with the basics, and allows those with a deeper practice to explore slow, long-held poses and micro-movements.

For all levels. This class combines cardio and strength exercises with surprise interval combinations, guaranteeing fun and variety.
This class emphasizes strength work with weights and conditioning, using your own body weight for resistance!
A dynamic cardio class based on outdoor riding. Build strength and endurance and increase cardio vascular fitness while burning calories. Our Kaiser bikes are AMAZING!! (Classes run between 45 minutes and one hour, depending on the instructor.)
