Seniors at Airport Fitness

The seniors at Airport Fitness make up a vibrant and active group in our club. They take classes, work out with personal trainers, and continue their own fitness routines.

Each senior client is given a full assessment before the activity begins, and protocols are set up for safety to ensure appropriate physical activity and challenges.

Several classes on our schedule are particularly suited to seniors:

Actively Aging on  Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with Barbra Smith at 9:45am.

Beyond Pilates with Karen Cullinan on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings at 8:00 a.m.
