Seniors at Airport Fitness
The seniors at Airport Fitness make up a vibrant and active group in our club. They take classes, work out with personal trainers, and continue their own fitness routines.
Each senior client is given a full assessment before activity begins, and protocols are set up for safety to ensure appropriate physical activity and challenges.
Several classes on our schedule are particularly suited to seniors:
Moves and Grooves on Monday and Wednesday morning at 9:45 am with Alyson Parker.
Beyond Pilates with Karen Cullinan on Tuesdays and Thursday mornings at 8:00 a.m.
Cycling, and Every Body Yoga with Megan Grennan on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 5:15 p.m., (both highly subscribed).
