YOGA FOR EVERYBODY
It’s a chance for beginners who are curious about yoga to start your week with the basics or, for someone with a deep practice to explore slow, long-held poses and micromovements. It’s gentle and invigorating. The class will be varied and fun with free flow and no stressful expectations.
BEYOND PILATES
Floor barre meets Pilates with total body conditioning.
CONDITIONING
This class emphasizes strength work with weights and conditioning, using your own body weight for resistance!
CARDIO CHALLENGE
A class to challenge your cardio and strength skills while boosting your heart rate and burning off those unwanted calories in a fun and intense way.
TOTAL BODY
Cardio fitness followed by muscle conditioning.
ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin and International dance moves that create a dynamic and exciting cardio workout!
BARRE
Combines Pilates, Yoga and Ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles without the impact and injuries that dancers may endure.
