Class Descriptions

BARRE FUSION
A combination of ballet styled flows, barre work, balance, incorporating weights, disks, loop bands, and Bender balls. Class can be done in sneakers, barre sox, or bare feet.

CORE STABILITY, STRENGTH, AND BALANCE
A dynamic full-body workout that is highly customizable for all ages and abilities. The focus of this class is core stabilization, strength, and balance, but it targets all the major muscle groups and includes some intermittent cardio as well. You’ll be encouraged to have fun and go at your own pace.¬†

COUNTRY FUSION

A blend of country line dance with other forms of dance fitness, featuring fun routines set to an eclectic mix of music.

PUMPED UP INTERVALS

CA class alternating cardio intervals and weight work intervals using heavier weights, body bars, loop bands, and weighted balls.

SOULSTRENGTH

A creative blend of rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility and core strength exercises all set to crazy FUN music.

ZUMBA
A fusion of Latin and International dance moves that create a dynamic and exciting cardio workout!
