Alana Morales

Alana Morales

Alana has been dedicated to health and wellness for 15 years. She received her yoga certification from Pura Veda in Costa Rica. Since then Alana has studied at Kripalu and other schools and studios around the US and the world. Alana loves including all levels in her yoga classes, “Yoga for Everybody”!

MARIA MCFARLAND

MARIA MCFARLAND

Maria is from Pittsfield, Massachusetts. She began instructing 20 years ago and is certified in cycling and group training. She focuses on weight loss and body maintenance in her Interval Cardio and Total Body classes.

KRIS MARTIN

KRIS MARTIN

Kris Martin has been a fitness instructor for 30 years. She received a Bachelor’s of Health Science from St. Mary’s College of California. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed teaching Balletone, Zumba and Conditioning to name a few. She has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years and is both a Certified Health Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She received her Health Coach Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a Corrective Exercise Specialist through The Biomechanics Method. With a diverse background and years of experience, Kris has been an integral part of our team here at Airport Fitness and we’re so glad to have her.

 

Rebeca Gomes

Rebeca Gomes

Position

Rebeca is a Fitness Trainer and Dance Instructor. She received her Fitness Trainer Certification from Link Education. She was born in Brazil, where she received her dance certification from a school affiliated with Bolshoi Ballet Academy.  After getting her certification in Classical Ballet, she has been a dance instructor for 5 plus years. She has participated in many Bolshoi Dance Festivals, where she’s got certified in many dance styles, like Forro and Zumba.
