Kye is from New York and Martha’s Vineyard where he began Personal Training over 15 years ago. He received his certification from the National Council of Strength and Fitness. His specialties include: Life Coaching, Core strengthing, Stabilization, Cardio, Boxing, Kick Boxing, PNF Stretching, TRX training, Sports & Group Training.
Maria is from Pittsfield, Massachusetts. She began instructing 20 years ago and is certified in cycling and group training. She focuses on weight loss and body maintenance in her Interval Cardio and Total Body classes.
Kris Martin has been a fitness instructor for 30 years. She received a Bachelor’s of Health Science from St. Mary’s College of California. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed teaching Balletone, Zumba and Conditioning to name a few. She has been practicing massage therapy for 20 years and is both a Certified Health Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She received her Health Coach Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and became a Corrective Exercise Specialist through The Biomechanics Method. With a diverse background and years of experience, Kris has been an integral part of our team here at Airport Fitness and we’re so glad to have her.
Jason realized his “why” and decided to become a yoga teacher. In 2014, he received his certification from the Kripalu Center of Yoga and Health and has since then studied at various locations in the US leading to thousands of hours of certification and experience. He loves to integrate all elements of yoga and is big on the breath! In his time outside of yoga he is a private chef, business owner and consultant. He lives on Martha’s Vineyard with his wife, cat and dog. Come to his classes and you’ll leave feeling relaxed, strong, empowered and with the added benefit of a smile on your face!
