Kye Howell is from New York and Martha’s Vineyard, where he began personal training in 2003. He received his certification from the NCSF. His specialties include: Life coaching and counseling, strength and rehab, Core Stabilization, Kickboxing, PNF Stretching, TRX training, Sports and group training.
Thiago
Thiago Fernandes is 41 years old, married, and a proud father of two. Originally from Brazil, he has served as a police officer, and has also been working as a certified personal trainer for the past 2 years. Thiago specializes in weight loss, strength training, and functional fitness, helping clients build healthier lifestyles with discipline, motivation, and personalized support.

Alexandra Miranda thoroughly enjoyed entering the world of health and fitness. With a Sports Nutrition certification from SCW, and an Active Aging certification, she particularly enjoys working with adults who want to remain fit throughout their lives. Weightlifting is a crucial activity of aging. It’s more than body sculpting, it’s a way to build strong muscles and mindset.
